1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or altered products
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@vasupradaofficial.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Attach clear photos of the issue (for damaged or incorrect items).
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with approval and next steps.
4. Return Pickup
- Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup from your address, where available.
- In areas without pickup service, you may be asked to ship the item yourself and share the receipt for reimbursement (up to ₹100).
5. Refund Process
- Once the product is received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, we will refund to your UPI or bank account after confirmation.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for size issues or wrong product dispatch.
- Based on availability, we will ship the replacement after receiving the original item.
